To all my girlfriends,

I just wanted to share a little something with you to let you know, that even though I have a different relationship with each and everyone of you, you are all special to me in different ways...And I'm sure after you read this you will be thinking of your own 

Friends are like bras..they are close to your heart and there for support.
All of us girls have a couple of different bras in our drawers. We have comfy bras, lacy bras, a special occasion bra, sports bra and many others I don't need to mention hehe. Some of them we don't always wear, but we know they are there when we need them.
This is sort of like our friendships.

Ok I'm Just going to tell you about my bras,
Firstly I have Lauren..
I met Lauren in 2007 at school, in a year I thought I would never complete. I'm so glad that Lauren came to the school that year, because even though at the time I hadn't known her for very long, she kept me going. There were many times when I just felt like I couldn't do it anymore, I had so much going on I didn't think I was able to finish year 12, but Lauren encouraged me and always helped me catch up when I had one of my many days off. Whenever I felt like giving up, she showed me my real potential.
This will be the third year me and Lauren are spending together. She is so amazing. I love being able to share life's journey with her, and watch her grow in so many aspects of her life. Since I have met Lauren, her life has changed tremendously. She has become stronger in herself, as well as being strong for others around her, especially me.
She always makes me laugh, and best of all we understand each other, we are always here for each other no matter what, and we are always having silly moments together that we will never forget
I know that no matter where we go in life, what choices we make, Lauren will always be here for me and me for her. I'm proud to call you my best friend.. xo..
How does this relate to a bra? Well Lauren is the glittery bra you love having, but secretly feel you couldn't afford to buy, so you love it all the more, and cherish it so much.

Then we come to the training bras!
Jade, Clementine and Kerrie

You know that someone is a true friend when, even when you are apart for weeks, months or even years, when you get back together it is like you have never been apart and catch up from exactly were you left off..
I started High school in Qld with both Clementine and Jade. I have so many great memories with them both. I have known Jade for 6 years, and even though we now live in different states, we always keep in contact. I loovvveee talking to Jade about absolutely anything, because she never judges, and gives her honest opinion. She is such a beautiful girl who will give me her advice, but supports any decisions that I make. I love you Jade, you are so selfless and special.

Clementine is another one of my training bras who has had such a positive influence on my life. Unfortunately I don't talk to her anymore, because she had to move back to her home country in New guinea and I haven't heard from her in a couple of years. She is such an amazing, encouraging, inspiring girl, who helped me form a positive view on a lot of different situations. She gave me the insight to evaluate a situation or circumstance, and try to take the positives from it, as well as learn from it.

Then we come to Kerrie. I moved to Victoria in the middle of year 10, and straight away Kerrie was accepting of me, and even my crazy black and pink hair. Year 10 was a big year, when a lot of big things happened, like my little brother Seth passing away. There was also a stage when a lot of silly rumours went around, but Kerrie stood by me and was always my friend.
At the end of year 10, after being at the high for only 2 terms, I moved schools, to the Christian college, and Kerrie being the great friend she is, didn't want me going by myself so came along too. Kerrie really is a great girl, who is always there to listen, even when she doesn't know what to say. Thankyou for everything hunni, and always being you
.
Sometimes its the old bras that show us how far we have come in our lives.

Then we come to the new bras. Its surprising, cause you think you have enough bras, but then you find a new bra, that you don't know how you lived without? I love when you think you have stopped growing and realize that you do in fact need a new bra. One of my new beautiful bras is Daciane. She is another amazingly inspiring girl! I met Daciane when I first moved to the Christian college, but I wasn't a very social person, so didn't really get to know her, except for the occasional question in English class.
At the beginning of this year, one of my old teachers introduced me to Daciane at a fashion thinga magig..and since then, I have got to know her so much more. She is a great girl, with so much going for her!!! And is another one of friends that is ALWAYS there to listen, and give great advice. I love you D .

Speaking of new bras, I actually got greedy and got not just one, but a couple!!.
I also went to school with Emilyyyy! I occasionally talked to her, but we never really became friends. And I don't remember exactly when, but after we had finished school, we got back in contact and have been great friends ever since!. I seriously don't understand why we never really talked at school LOL..because she is such a great/fun/caring girl! Every time I have any issues whatsoever, she will sit there on her little laptop, till the early hours of the morning, cheering me up and giving me lots of really appreciated advice.
Not only is she great at giving advice, she is such a party animal!, any time your looking for great fun, call her!! Love ya Em..

Now I cant forget to mention Simone! As I have mentioned before, at school, when I was there, I never really socialized much, because I didn't really want to have to explain things to people. So at school I just knew Simone as the chick I sat next to in psychology, who had highlighter wars with me. FUN TIMES. It was only this year, when through other friends I started to get to know Simone. She is fully sic! She even got me a job working with her at foodworks…!! hehe such a great team!...xo

Finally, we come to the sport bras!
The sport bras are the bras you don't tend to wear everyday, but you know that they are always there and give you great support! All of the girls I have mentioned above, all have great support too!!!
My two sports bras are Marija and Milica!
We don't talk everyday, well much at all, but we always know that we are there for each other when we need support or guidance!. I will always have so many memories of these girls from school! They could always lighten up a room. Marija was and still is here to talk to, laugh and muck around with anyday! She is da bomb!
Milica is also special at the start of this year, we became gym budddddies and we encouraged each other to go to the gym, even on the mornings we really couldn't be bothered! Even though we don't really go to the gym at the same time anymore, because of other commitments and things, she helped give me the inspiration to keep going
Finally, there are the bras that you have outgrown, or just don't fit anymore.
In our lives we are constantly changing, and on a journey that never ends.
Because we are always changing, it makes sense that along the way some friends are lost, and new ones are found. I will never forget the old bras, because each and every single one has had an impact on my life, and I hope me on theirs. Forever and ever..xo

In conclusion, Each and every single one of my bras is important to me! And I could even say a necessity!. Even though each bra has a different purpose, you all mean sooooo much to me.
I hope that I never misplace any of my bras, because you can never find an identical one!.
